Forum: "cultural diversity" and "sustainable development"

The Spanish Center for the gifted development, in collaboration with the “Huerta del Rey” Center and with the youthful association Hayda, has opened 2 Forum in a Spanish language and other two in an English language till the UNIVERSAL FORUM OF CULTURES BARCELONA 2004 finish. The main ideas of the Forum are: “cultural diversity” (Spanish and English) and “sustainable development” (Spanish and English).
As Spanish delegates from the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children and acting in the name of this world organization before the Universal Forum of Cultures – Barcelona 2004, we think the Internet is perfect for our desire to develop the forums: "cultural diversity" and “sustainable development”, and we invite you not only to visit it but to take part on it.
We inform you that we have initiated a Forum on the basis of the celebration of the UNIVERSAL FORUM OF CULTURES BARCELONA 2004 a short time ago.
We invite you to visit the web and to contribute your commentaries, links, information, opinions, etc. You can register easily.
If you wish you can transmit the web to people that you think could be interested on it and they could contribute their opinions and ideas as well as comment about the news that will appear little by little on it. The Forums that we have opened are: "cultural diversity" and "sustainable development".
The starting point has been the XIV World Conference for Gifted and Talented Children Education that we organised in Barcelona in 2001 (BARCELONA MOVES FORWARD) and we hope you give your opinion about the included messages and you send your comments to the Forums: "CULTURAL DIVERSITY" and “SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT".
We have got past the test period and now we will make a wider diffusion of the Forum web because a lot of students and teachers start their holidays in these days in many countries.

It is an extraordinary opportunity for you to express your feelings and opinions, and Internet is perfect for our desire to develop the forums: "cultural diversity" and “sustainable development". The Forum is developed to get the maximum benefit from the universal character of the World Wide Web and to promote interaction and exchange among a new society made up of nations without borders or distances.
The Forum will have a wide diffusion in diverse sectors: children, youngsters, parents, teachers of all education levels, universities, international associations, etc.
