PROGRAM OF EVALUATION AND IDENTIFICATION
Gifted student's identification and evaluation (intellectual giftedness).
The identification is the most important and decisive previous step for the intervention process.
A.- GOALS
- To guarantee child's optimal development.
- To give a response to the following questions:
- Who is that gifted child?
- How is he/she presently going on in the teaching-learning process?
- Orientación a nivel emocional, social, escolar y familiar.
B.- METHOD:
- A preliminary interview with both parents and the child.
- Performance of Tests managed in 8 or 9 sessions of about 40'/60' long.
- Some questionnary forms to be fulfilled by each child's parents and teacher.
